Jefferson Facilities Use Information/Agreement

This Agreement must be signed for any individual, group or organization who uses any of our indoor/outdoor facilities that is not a Jefferson athletic team or event. If you have any questions about this Agreement, please contact the Athletic Department at 289-5590 or the Administration Office at 289-5550.
